How can I audit my organization's AI agent usage and settings?
Last updated: July 22, 2026
Your organization's admins can use the Ambition AI agent's Audit functionality to review the following information:
Chats initiated by any user
Procedures referenced in any user chat
Skills created by any user
MCP connections for any user
The Audit page does not support analysis of token usage, keyword or topic analysis, or user- or group-level usage statistics.
These features will be introduced at a later date.
Where can I audit my company's Ambition AI agent usage?
Go to Administration --> Ambition Agent --> Click on Audit in the upper left menu.
You'll see four cards: Agent Threads, Procedures, Skills, MCP Connections.
Click a card to see additional information about chat threads, auto-invoked procedures, manually or auto-invoked Skills, or any established MCP connections.

Agent Threads
The Agent Threads card allows you to view chats from all users in your organization.

The agent thread's grid contains the following columns:
Type: Chat (a user-initiated chat) or a skill (in the screenshot above, the skill was called Coaching Pre-Read).
Started With: The first line in the user's chat query.
Data Parameter: Any data referenced for the chat.
Employee: The employee who initiated the chat.
Last Updated: The employee's most recent reply in the chat.
