What is the Cadence Effectiveness Tab?

The Cadence Effectiveness helps answer the question, "Is this Cadence positively impacting employee performances?"
On the Effectiveness tab you will find a line graph that allows you to visualize data for up to 10 metrics that help to track the Cadence's impact. The Effectiveness tab also presents information for each employee's specific progress and percent change.

Required permissions:
The Coaching: Cadences: Create Cadence permission or Coaching: All Access permission is required to view the Effectiveness tab for any Cadence.
The Coaching Cadences: Can Add and Manage Employees in a Cadence permission is required to view the Effectiveness tab for all
Access the Cadence Effectiveness Tab
Go to Coach --> Cadences.
Click on the name of the Cadence.
Go to the Effectiveness tab.
What Information is Available on the Cadence Effectiveness Tab?
If the cadence has metrics selected and employees have started the cadence, you will be presented with the Effectiveness line graph and grid. The Effective tab contains the following information:
Name
The name of the enrolled employee.
Manager
The manager assigned to approve the employee's Cadence Sessions. This does not have to be the employee's direct manager.
Start Date
The date on which the employee started the Cadence. If the employee has been enrolled in the same Cadence multiple times, the start date will reflect their most recent enrollment.
Completion Date
The date when the employee finished the Cadence. If the employee has been enrolled in the same Cadence several times, the Completion Date will show when they finished their most recent enrollment round.
Cadence Metric Name
If the employee has completed the Cadence, each column with metric information will show:
The metric's value when the employee first enrolled in the Cadence
The metric's value when the employee completed the Cadence
An icon indicating if the metric value increased, decreased, or remained the same compared to the start of the Cadence
Percent Change
If the employee has completed theCadence, the percent change column will display the difference in metric value from the start of the Cadence to completion of the Cadence, as well as the percent difference of those values.
