How Do I Re-Order Cadence Steps?

You can change the order of Cadence Steps only if that Cadence is in Draft status. If the Cadence is in Open status, duplicate the Cadence and then rearrange the Steps before opening the Cadence.
This article will explain how you can change the order of Steps in a Cadence draft.
Required permissions:
The Coaching Cadences: Create Cadence permission is required to edit a Cadence where you are the Owner.
The Coaching: All Access permission is required to edit any Cadence.
Re-Order Cadence Steps
There are two ways to change the order in which Steps are released:
Click on the ellipses icon --> select Move Up or Move Down.
Press the grid icon beside a Step name and drag it up or down.
Click on Save --> Save as Draft or Save --> Save and Open.
