Who Is Notified Whenever a Super Admin Logs In As Another User?

The user who the Super Admin is logging in as will be notified whenever the Super Admin impersonates their account. The email will include the reason why the Super Admin is accessing their account.
No other Super Admins will be notified that the Super Admin has logged in as that particular user.
