How Do I Created a Shared Coaching Note?

Coaching Notes can be used to record key summaries, takeaways, and reminders from your Coaching Sessions. Shared Notes are visible to the Note creator, the employee for whom the Note was created, and anyone with Coaching: All Access permission.
This article explains how you can create a Shared Note from the Session page, Notes page, and Quick Create menu.
Required permissions:
No permission is required to view a Shared Note that you created or which was created for you.
The Coaching: Create Notes: Can Create Notes for Subordinate Users permission is required to create Notes for direct reports.
The Coaching: Create Notes: Can Create Notes for Anyone permission or Coaching: All Access permission is required to create and view Shared Notes for any user.
Who Can View a Shared Note?
The following people can view a Shared Note:
The Note Creator
The employee for whom the Note was created
Anyone with Coaching: All Access permission
Create a Coaching Note from the Individual Session Page
Go to Coach --> Sessions.
Click on the Session's name.
Scroll to the Notes section and use the New Note field to enter your summary, next steps, or reminder for the employee.
The New Note field includes multiple text formatting options. You can also add links, in-line images, and one file attachment (JPG, PDF, CSV, and short MP4).
Use the Shared/Private toggle to designate this as a Shared Note.
Click on Save Saved Note.
The alert icon on Shared Saved Note does not indicate an error. Instead, it emphasizes that the employee will be able to view the Note as well.
Create a Coaching Note from the Notes Page or Quick Create Menu
There are two ways to access the Notes creation page outside of a Session:
Notes page: Go to Coach --> Note --> + Create Note.
Quick Create menu: Go to the plus icon near your profile picture --> Note.
Use the Name selector to pick the employee for whom you're creating the Note.
Navigate to the New Note field to enter your message for the employee. You can use multiple text styling options to format the note. You can also add links, in-line images, and attach one JPG, PDF, CSV, or short MP4 file.
Use the Shared/Private toggle to mark this as a Shared Note.
Click on Save Shared Note.
