What Does The Coaching: All Access Permission Allow Me To Do?

Required permission:

  • Administrators cannot assign the Coaching: All Access permission to themselves or other employees. Contact GetHelp@Ambition.com to request that you or another user be given this permission.

Unless otherwise stated, Coaching: All Access users can perform the actions listed below on coaching items (such as Sessions and Notes) created by other users and on behalf of other users.

Allowed Actions

Single Sessions and Group Sessions

  • Create single Sessions and Group Sessions

  • View single Sessions and Group Sessions

  • Edit single Sessions and Group Sessions

  • Delete single Sessions and Group Sessions

  • Leave comments on Agenda Items

  • Re-open single Sessions, Group Sessions, and Action Plans that they did not create

  • Excuse single Sessions, Group Sessions, and Action Plans that they did not create

  • Extend the due date for single Sessions, Group Sessions, and Action Plans that they did not create

  • Approve Sessions that they created

Programs and Managed Programs

  • Create single Programs and Managed Programs

  • Edit single Programs and Managed Programs

  • Delete single Programs and Managed Programs

  • Delete single Programs and Managed Programs

  • Finish single Programs and Managed Programs

Cadences

  • Create Cadences

  • Duplicate Cadences

  • Enroll employees in Cadences

  • Remove employees

  • Assign managers and Co-Coaches in Cadences

  • Re-assign managers and Co-Coaches in Cadences

  • Change Cadence Owners

  • Close Cadences

  • Delete Cadences

Rating Categories

  • Create Rating Categories

  • View Rating Categories

  • Edit Rating Categories

  • Deactivate Rating Categories

  • Rate Sessions that they created

Notes

  • Create Public Notes for/by any user

  • View Public Notes for/by any user

  • Edit Shared and Public Notes that they create

  • Delete Shared and Public Notes that they create

Action Items

  • Create Action Items for any user

  • View Action Items created for/by any user

  • Edit Action Items created for/by any user

  • Delete Action Items created for/by any user

Action Plans

  • Create Action Plans for any user

  • View Action Plan created for/by any user

  • Edit Action Plans created for/by any user

  • Delete Action Plans created for/by any user

Templates

  • Create coaching Templates

  • View coaching Templates

  • Edit coaching Templates

  • Duplicate coaching Templates

  • Delete coaching Templates

Coaching Analytics

  • View data for any manager or team on the Accountability, Insights, Attribution and Ratings pages

  • Download Employee Utilization Reports

  • Download Manager Utilization Reports

  • Download Program data

Forbidden Actions

Coaching: All Access does not allow a user to the following actions:

Notes

  • Edit a Shared or Public Note created by another user

  • Delete a Shared or Public Note created by another user

  • View a Private Note about themselves

Single Sessions, Groups Sessions, and Action Plans

  • Mark a Session or Action Plan as complete (unless they created the Session or Action Plan)

  • Mark a Check-In or Action Plan as Complete (unless they created it)

  • Rate all Check-Ins (unless they created it)
