Which Employees Can I See on the Employees Tab?

The employees who you can see on the Employees tab depends on your permission set.

If you have the Coaching Cadences: Can Add and Manage Employees in a Cadence: Yes, all employees permission or Coaching: All Access permission , you can view all employees.

If you have the Coaching Cadences: Can Add and Manage Employees in a Cadence: Yes, subordinates" permission, you can only see the employees who you directly manage. If you are an employee's Cadence manager but not the manager assigned on the Manager field on their Ambition account, then you cannot see that individual on the Employees tab.

How is Cadence Progress Determined?

Progress through a Cadence reflects the number of Steps that have been opened to the employee. It does not mean that the employee has completed all of those Steps.

An employee will not be considered to have completed a Step until the next Step opens to them, even if they did not actually complete all answers for the Cadence Step(s).

You can confirm an employee's Cadence Session status by going to Coaching --> Sessions and using the filter icon to search for Sessions where the Source is Cadences.

Example #1: Completed Step #1, but Step #2 Has Not Yet Opened

If the Progress bar shows the employee as completing zero out of three Steps, that could mean that they employees filled out Step #1, but has not yet received Step #2. Once they receive Step #2, their Progress will update to 1/3 Steps.

Example #2: All Three Steps Have Opened, None Have Been Completed

If the Progress bar shows the three out of three Steps completed, that could mean that all three Step Sessions were completed by t he employee and approved by the manager.

However, it could also mean that all three Steps were opened to the employee, but the employee did not actually submit replies for any or all of them.

How is Cadence Progress Calculated for an Employee Who Has Been Enrolled Many Times?

In an employee has been enrolled in the same Cadence several times, the Progress bar will reflect progress of the employee's most recent or current enrollment in the Cadence. Historical cadence performance and can be seen by clicking View History in the Times in Cadence column.
