What Happens When a Super Admin Logs In As Another User?

Super Admins should be aware of the following actions when logging in as another user:

  1. The user will receive an email notification that you have logged into their account.

  2. The user will be notified of the reason you gave for logging into their account.

  3. The Super Admin will not be able to log into any other user's account while their Login As session with the current user is active.

  4. Any actions that you take while logged in as the user will appear as though that user performed them.
