How Do I Share a Pipeline View Template?

The Pipeline: Manage Views permission is required to share a Pipeline View Template.
When creating a Pipeline View Template or editing an existing Template, you can share it with others by clicking on the Publish button, choosing which managers can access the Template, and clicking on Apply. Then click on Save to keep your changes.
