Where Can I View Action Items?

Required permissions:

  • No special permission is required to view Action Items that you created or which were created for you.

  • The Coaching: All Access Permission is required to view any user's Action Items.

There are two places where you can view Action Items: On the Session page and the Action Items page. This article explains how to view Action Items from both places.

View Action Items from an Associated Session Page

  1. Go to Coach --> Sessions.

  2. Click on the Session that has a linked Action Item.

  3. Scroll to the Action Items section.

  4. Click on the ellipses icon next to the Action Item.

  5. Select Details to see the content for the linked Action Item.

View Action Items from the Action Items Page

  1. Go to Coach --> Action Items.

  2. You'll see a list of all Action Items where you were the creator or recipient.
