How Do I Create and Save a Pipeline View?
Last updated: August 28, 2026
A Pipeline View helps you analyze pipeline records by selecting the data source, date range, employees, fields, and filters that matter most to your team. Once configured, you can save the View so you can quickly return to the same pipeline analysis later.
Required permissions:
The Pipeline: Create Views permission is required to create a Pipeline View.
Required features:
The Pipeline Intelligence: Pipeline Views feature must be enabled to create and review Pipeline Views.
Access the Pipeline View Creation Page
Go to Analyze --> Pipeline.
Click on + Create Pipeline View.
Add Data Sources and Dates to Your Pipeline View
Click on Open Filters.
Use the Record Type field to choose the object or integration the pipeline data is coming from.
Use the Date Field to pick which date is used to determine if a record falls in the desired time range.
Select a value from the Date Range menu to narrow down the View's time period.
Make a selection in the Changes Since field to determine how recently a record should have been updated to appear in the View.
Add Employees, Fields, and Filters to Your Pipeline View
Use the Employee Field to select which user field is used to track pipeline.
Under the Employees menu, pick which user hierarchy will be used to add employees to the View.
Navigate to the Fields selector to pick all fields which should appear in the View. Only fields from the Record Type you selected will be shown, not fields from any other object or integration.
