Who Can Interact with Group Sessions?

Manager

The manager of a Group Session can take the following actions:

  • Mark a Group Session as Completed

  • Delete a Group Session

  • Edit one occurrence of a Group Session, including: Agenda Items, participants, Co-Coaches, and scheduling

  • Edit a recurring Group Session's future iterations, including: Agenda Items, participants, Co-Coaches, and scheduling

  • Create an Action Item for any participant

  • Create an Action Item for multiple participants

  • Leave comments on Action Items

  • Create a Shared Note for all participants

 

Co-Coaches

Group Session Co-Coaches can take the following actions:

  • Mark a Group Session as Completed

  • Edit one occurrence of a Group Session, including: Agenda Items, participants, Co-Coaches, and scheduling

  • Edit a recurring Group Session's future iterations, including: Agenda Items, participants, Co-Coaches, and scheduling

  • Create an Action Item for any participant, including the Co-Coach(es)

  • Create an Action Item for multiple participants, including the manager and other Co-Coach(es)

  • Leave comments on Action Items

  • Create a Shared Note for all participants

 

Participants (Employees)

Employees enrolled in a Group Session can do the following:

  • View all active and closed Group Sessions where they were a participation

  • Create an Action Item for any participant, including the manager, Co-coach, or another employee

  • Create an Action Item for multiple participants, including the manager, Co-Coach(es), and other employees

  • Create a Shared Note for all participants

 

Executives

If Executive Level Coaching Visibility has been enabled, vice presidents, directors, and other managers of managers can interact with their subordinate managers' Group Sessions in the following ways:

  • Mark a Group Session as Completed

  • Delete a Group Session

  • Edit one occurrence of a Group Session, including: Agenda Items, participants, Co-Coaches, and scheduling

  • Edit a recurring Group Session's future iterations, including: Agenda Items, participants, Co-Coaches, and scheduling

  • Create an Action Item for any participant

  • Create an Action Item for multiple participants

  • Leave comments on Action Items

  • Create a Shared Note for all participants
