Leaderboard Saved Filters
Leaderboards offer three default filtered views, activity score for today, yesterday, and last week, but also provide the ability to save multiple saved filters for return visits. If activity score is disabled, the default filters will display to the first metric alphabetically in your organization's metric library for today, yesterday, and last week.
Saved filters allow you to quickly dive back into filtered views, saving you clicks each time you return to the leaderboard.
Saved filters are only visible to the creator, and they are not sharable with other Ambition users.
Create Saved Filters
1. Open the left navigation and click Leaderboard.
2. Click the filters icon, , in the upper right to access the filters pane.
Select a single metric.
The default is activity score, but any metric within your organization's account can be used here.
Select a time frame with options ranging from Today to Last Year.
↳ If "custom" is selected as the time frame, additional "start" and "end" time filters will display. At the current time, the custom time frame option can display data for a time range of up to 3 years. ex. January 1st, 2020- January 1st, 2023.
Note: A week in Ambition is Monday - Sunday. Quarters and years are based on calendar quarters and years not fiscal quarters or years. If you need to use fiscal timeframes, select "custom".

|Include Users* Without Data||
Include users (*or respective group type) even if they haven't contributed to the selected metric.
Users or groups without data will display on the leaderboard, but they will have two dashes in line with their name instead of a numerical value.
|Filter by Group||
If "user" is selected as the "type", refine the leaderboard by comparing individuals within the same role, team, or location.
