Group Scorecard Values

In addition to a group scorecard, group dashboards also have a "Metrics" tab that will showcase values for all of the metrics that group members contribute data towards. The Metrics Tab viewed on a Group Dashboard, such as the Quota Crushers seen below, will show the total value contributed by all users within the Group, regardless of their Scorecard setup.

For Example:

The "Emails" metric on the Quota Crusher's scorecard shows that 88 emails have been sent today with team member Troy completing 41 and team member Mia completing 47.

However, there is another member of the Quota Crushers team, Jenna, who has been sending emails today, but Jenna is in a role where the Activity Score does not include the "Emails" metric.

Since the "Emails" metric is not included on Jenna's Activity Score, Jenna's contributions to the emails total will not roll-up to the Quota Crushers' Team Activity Score.

Jenna's email contributions will be counted towards the total of "Emails" for the Quota Crushers, in areas like analytics reporting and on the group dashboard's metrics tab.
