Inviting Users After Account Creation
If you are manually creating user or syncing users from Salesforce, during the creation process make sure to uncheck the "invite" box before saving.
Ambition offers several flexible methods of inviting users to Ambition.
What happens if a user has an Ambition account, but they haven't been invited?
If utilizing Salesforce, users will see an, "Unfortunately it looks like Ambition has not been setup for you yet. Please contact your Salesforce admin" message if they have had an Ambition account created for them but have not yet been invited.
If utilizing single sign-on, after being invited to Ambition users will be prompted in their email invitation to activate their account. They will be redirected to login to Ambition with their company-managed credentials.
