Duplicate Workflow
Users with "Workflows: All Access" or "Workflows: Create" permission will be able to duplicate workflows.
Creators will be able to duplicate workflows they create.
Users with "Workflows: All Access" permission will be able to duplicate all workflows.
1. Open the left navigation and click Workflows.
2. Click the ellipses icon, , and Duplicate on the workflow you wish to duplicate.
3. After clicking duplicate, you will be navigated into the workflow form to finalize the details of your duplicated workflow.
The name of the duplicated workflow will feature the phrase "Copy of" before the workflows's original name, ex. "Copy of AE: 100 Revenue Goal". Update and remove "copy of" as needed.
Make appropriate edits as needed to the hierarchy, metric information, workflow actions, etc depending on the type of workflow.
Be mindful that when duplicated, the "copy of" workflow is exactly the same of the original workflow. If no changes are made, notifications for both the original and duplicated workflow will be sent at the same time, to the same people, in the same places (TV, Slack, email, etc).
4. After making desired edits, click the Update Workflows button to save your changes.
