Salesforce Troubleshooting Access
Occasionally there will be a tough, time-intensive issue to track down that (quite frankly) involves a lot of guess-and-check... unfortunately it's the reality of Salesforce given its complexity.
We strive to resolve all escalated issues via phone or screen-share, but sometimes it's easier and more time-efficient for you to grant us temporary access to your Salesforce instance so that we can fix the issue behind the scenes.
If asked and if you are comfortable granting Ambition permission you can do so through a built-in and secure system designed specifically for Salesforce-approved vendors.
- Login to Salesforce and click My Settings from within your User menu.
- Locate your left navigation and click Personal and then Grant Account Login Access.
- Assign a length of time that Ambition can access your Salesforce instance.
