Anniversary Slide
Display employee work anniversaries that are occurring during the current week.
If there are no work anniversaries within the current week, the slide will be skipped from displaying on a live TV. The exception is if a TV only has an anniversary slide, or is on a TV only with a birthday slide, a "No Anniversaries this Week" message will display.
Create an Anniversary Slide
1. Open the left navigation and click TVs.
2. Click the Slides button or pencil icon on the TV you wish to edit.
Upon clicking Slides, you will see a blank Create Slide form.
3. Complete the Create Slide Form.
Basic Settings

Slide Name |
The slide name will be displayed on the TV to identify the slide. |
Type |
Select Anniversary from the dropdown. |
Slide Duration |
Determine how long this slide will be displayed per carousel rotation. Options range from 10, 20, and 40 seconds to 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 minutes. |
Start Date |
When the slide will be visible on the TV. Date defaults to today. |
Delete Date |
Optional. When the slide will be removed from the TV and Deleted. |
Slide Background |
Optional. Upload a background image for the slide. |
Work Anniversary Setup
Ensure your Users are recognized, by having their Work Anniversaries set in User's Settings.
Target Settings
Filter Users to determine which anniversaries are displayed.
Ex. Users > All will display all Users who have a work anniversary in the current week.
Users > Within > AE (Role) will display just Users in the AE (Role) who who have a work anniversary in the current week.
Users > Custom will display just Users who are custom selected and who have a work anniversary in the current week.
Special Note about the User > Within > "Manager" Hierarchy Level In Cases where a Manager Manages other Managers.
If Manager A is listed as a Manager B's manager within their User Settings, any employees that roll up to Manager B will also be considered as users Manager A manages.
4. Optionally click the Preview button to preview your Anniversary slide.
Note: Uploaded slide background images will not be viewable through the Preview option.
5. Click the Save button.
