If you have just uploaded an image, and get the error, "An unknown error occurred. Please contact support.", make sure the file size of your image does not exceed 10MB.

If you have a high resolution or large image, resize your image until it is 10MB or less and re-upload.

Upload Profile Image

1. Click Choose File

2. Select and upload the desired image from your device.

Make sure your image size does not exceed our 10MB file size.

3. After uploading, scroll to the bottom of your settings and click Save Changes.
