Add New Users

In Ambition there are multiple ways to add users. The best way for you depends on quantity and integration.

We recommend using the option that best fits the amount of users being added and integration your organization uses.

Options for Adding New Users:

• If you're integrated with Salesforce, we recommend you manually sync users from Salesforce or automate account activation based on user profile attribute.

↳ Users can also be uploaded via CSV, and the CSV will require a column of Salesforce Usernames.

• If you're uploading less than 15 users, we recommend adding users manually.
• If you're uploading more than 15 users, we recommend CSV upload.
