S.M.A.R.T Goals
We recommend adhering to the S.M.A.R.T system where each goal is Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-Bound.
To be as effective as possible, each Organization, Role, and User Goal should be:
Specific – target a specific area for improvement.
Measurable – provide a way to evaluate. Use metrics or data targets.
Achievable – Within scope. Possible to accomplish, attain.
Relevant– state what results can realistically be achieved, given available resources.
