Ambition Maintenance Schedule

There are two types of maintenance at Ambition:

1. System Maintenance
2. Release Maintenance

System Maintenance

System Maintenance is for sustaining the security, availability, and performance of the infrastructure supporting Ambition services. 

Whenever possible, and only as maintenance is necessary, Ambition will schedule system maintenance for Sunday at 12AM EST. 

Please note, if emergency system maintenance is required we reserve the right to schedule and perform maintenance outside of the above window. 

Release Maintenance

Release Maintenance is for upgrading Ambition services to the latest product version to deliver enhanced features and functionality. 

Releases are typically seamless to customers and whenever possible deployed during off-peak hours and without downtime. Releases for new features & product improvements are scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday nights. Additionally, urgent fixes may be conducted on an as-needed basis and can occur any day of the week.
