Activity and Objective Score Calculations
On your Dashboard, you can view exactly how an Activity and/or Objective Score is calculated.
Your Organization has set in place the exact Metrics they wish to track for your job function. Alongside the Metric, a specific Target and Weight is assigned to each.
Ambition does not determine how your data is tracked, what Metrics appear on your Scorecard, or the Targets you should reach. If you have questions about these aspects of your Scorecard, reach out to your Manager or Admin.

At the bottom of a Scorecard, you will see a clickable information button that will generate an exact breakdown of how each score is calculated.
Viewing Scorecard Calculations
1. Click on the gray Information icon button found at the bottom right of your Scorecard.
2. A pop up will appear which reveals the current units reached, how much each unit is worth, and the resulting points for each Metric.
You also have the option to click directly on a Metric. This will expand the metric to show current points, Metric description if provided, and a pie chart breakdown of that Metric's worth.
What Activity is Counting Toward My Score?
The data contributing to your respective Activity and Objective Scores are based on the records that Ambition has received.
If you ever have questions about if a record is counting towards a Metric or not, Ambition provides a quick view right in the Dashboards.
View the contributing records by:
1. Clicking on a Metric
2. Click on Records.
A green check mark means the data Ambition received added to the Calls total, while a red X indicates that record does not fit the Metric criteria.
Messages often seen here are "Missing time field", "Missing value field", and "Entity was inactive" if you're new to your Organization (you can't contribute data towards a score until you joined Ambition).
Since there can be numerous records for each day, records can be filtered by the indicators of "Success" or "Failure."
Those filters can be accessed by:
1. Clicking on a specific Metric.
2. Click on Records.
3. Clicking the blue Filters button which will slide out the filters panel.
