Why would Users in the same Role have different benchmarks on their Scorecards?
Individual Scorecard benchmarks can be set per user, per metric using the Smart Benchmark functionality.
If you notice that no individualized benchmark has been set, a User's benchmark will be prorated if they join a Role after the start of the month.
