Scorecards
What is the Activity Score?
A measurement of progress towards shorter-term, activity-oriented goals. Scoring is 0-100+ to correlate with familiar academic grading systems.
Activity Score goals are defined on either a daily or weekly basis.
What is the Objective Score?
A measurement of progress towards longer-term, objective-oriented goals. Scoring is 0-100+ to correlate with familiar academic grading systems.
Objective Score goals are defined on either a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.
How is a Group's Activity/Objective Score calculated?
Ambition compiles data from each User using weighted averages that take into account the varying Scorecards, Metrics, and Targets to generate a collective group score.

Why would Users in the same Role have different targets on their Scorecards?
Individual Scorecard targets can be set per user, per metric using the Target Override functionality.
If you notice that no individualized target has been set, a net new Ambition User's target will be prorated if their account is created and they join a Role after the start of the month.
