Ambition counts a "work day" as any day where an employee has data. Ambition then averages these days to derive weekly and monthly Ambition Scores.

The benefit to this system is the flexibility in that it can automatically cater to employees with different schedules. The drawback is that if an employee has a single activity for a given day it's considered a "work day" and averaged.
