The following applies to both Activity and Objective Scores, collectively known as Ambition Scores.
Employee's Score Too Low
Ambition counts a "work day" as any day where an employee has data. The system then averages these days to derive weekly and monthly Ambition Scores.
The benefit to this system is it's flexibility in that it can automatically cater to employees with different schedules. The drawback is that if an employee has a single activity for a given day it's considered a "work day" and averaged.
