Competition Notifications

Users will be notified via email when they are involved in a competition.

Competition Email Frequency

Users will receive Competition Email Notifications when a:

• Challenge Starts
• Fantasy Matchup Starts
• Challenge Ends
• Fantasy Matchup Ends
• Comment is left in a Competition

Note: At this time, an email will be sent out for the Start and End of each iteration for Recurring Challenges. If a Challenge's recurrence is set to daily, competitors will receive a Challenge Start and Challenge End email each day.

Competition Email Contents and Examples 

Challenge Starting

The email will contain:

• Competition's name
• Start and End time of the Competition
• Name and images of those competing
• Projections

Weekly Fantasy Matchup Starting

For multi-week Fantasy Competitions, an email will also be sent to User's at the start of each week's matchup.

The email will contain:

• Competition's name
• Start and End time of the weekly matchup
• Name and images of those competing
• Projections

The name and images of those competing will correlate to the opponent from the current matchup.

Challenge Ending

The email will contain:

• Competition's name
• Start and End time of the Competition
• Name and images of those competing
• Final scores

Fantasy Matchup Ending

For multi-week Fantasy Competitions, an email will also be sent to User's at the end of each week's matchup.

The email will contain:

• Competition's name
• Start and End time of the weekly matchup
• Name and images of those competing
• Final scores

The name and images of those competing will correlate to the opponent from the current matchup.

Comment left in a Competition

Participants of the Competition will receive an email when a Comment is left in an active or finished Competition.

The email will contain:

• The name of the User who left a comment
• The name of the Competition where the comment was left
• The content of the comment
