1. Click the the quick actions button, Analytics and Alerts > Analytics, or the left navigation, Reporting > Analytics.
Once you click on Analytics, you'll see a blue Filter button at the top of the page. There, you can view your data across four visualization modes.
Click on each link below for a deep dive into each mode.
New Visualization Mode: Histogram
Analytics will now let you view your data in a Histogram mode. Histogram allows you to view the distribution of your data for any metric across any level of the organization. You can either search for Users by name or click on a column to view the Users found within a specific performance range.
Compare Multiple Metrics on the Graph
Instead of viewing single Metrics across multiple reports, you can now compare & view Users across three Metrics within one graph. Whether it's a line graph, bar graph, or stacked area , you now have the flexibility to compare multiple Metrics at once.
Save Your Favorite Reports
Instead of bookmarking frequently visited reports, you can save them directly in Ambition. Once you're happy with your filters and visualization mode, click the Reports icon to name and save your report.
View Data with Customizable Time Frames
Managers will now be able to view their data with customizable time frames and time series:
- Length - Select between 1-98 units of time.
- Time Frame - Select the unit type with Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Year, or a completely custom time frame.
- Ending - Show results leading up to today or a custom end-date.
- Time Series - View the data on your graph with Day, Week, or Month time series.
Based on customer feedback, we've rolled out some additional updates to the Quadrant mode. Users can now search for a name to find where it's plotted on the graph. You can also set independent time frames and metrics for the X (Cause) and Y (Effect) axes.
