What is a goal?

A desired result or outcome consisting of:

• employee, group, organization
• time frame (start date and end date)
• metric (existing within Ambition or form-based)

Can I export goal details?

Yes! Any individual goal can be exported to an .xlsx file. The export includes all goal details and contribution data if several users are contributing towards the total.

Additionally, multiple goals can be exported at once from the Goals > Manage or Goals > My Goals tab.

Can I mass upload goals via CSV?

No, goals cannot be created or updated through a CSV upload.

Can I create an individual goal for multiple people at the same time?

Yes! By using the hierarchy level "Employee > Select employees within specific groups" OR "Employee > Select specific employees", you can create an individual goal for each respective employee selected.

Are there email notifications associated with goals in Ambition?
