What is the Daily Digest?

The daily digest is an Ambition email, available only to those that manage users in Ambition, that includes a "recap" of employee asks, AI insights, and activity and objective score totals for the users managed.

At this time, the content in the daily digest is not customizable.

Employee Asks

Employee asks is a simple, performance-centric system where employees can make asks and managers can take action.

If the employee asks feature is enabled for your organization, any open employee asks will appear in the daily digest.

AI Insights

AI Insights bring to light when an employee is above or below their normal daily boundaries of performance. AI Insights are determined by comparing the employee to their 90-day historical baseline.

Scores

The calculations shown for activity and objective score will be totals for each user, but are dependent on the time frames your organization has chosen for each score. Ambition will not calculate daily deltas towards a weekly or monthly activity and/or objective score, so the values you see will be running totals for the respective score's time frame.

Who is included in my Daily Digest?

Similar to a managerial dashboard, users will be compiled into the daily digest from both groups that you manage + any users that have you listed as their manager though their user settings.

Customize Delivery Time of the Daily Digest 

1. Open the left navigation and click on your image and name in the lower left corner. Select User Settings.

2. Click the Notifications tab.

3. Scroll down until you locate the Digests section.

4. Select the desired delivery time from the dropdown.

You can select any hour from 5pm - 11pm. Delivery hour will correspond with the time zone set for you in Ambition.

Unsubscribe from the Daily Digest

If at any time you find yourself not needing to receive the daily digest, you can unsubscribe directly through your Ambition settings.

Unsubscribe

1. Open the left navigation and click on your image and name in the lower left corner. Select User Settings.

2. Click the Notifications tab.

3. Scroll down until you locate the Digests section.

4. Change the Daily Digest toggle to Off.
