As a growing business, we are constantly optimizing and improving for scale. This includes how we incorporate feedback from our customers, our own vision, and the infrastructure that houses our product and makes Ambition possible.
Late last week we experienced downtime which negatively impacted the Ambition experience. Many users faced long data processing times while others were redirected to maintenance screens upon login. Although there was no loss in data or long-lasting impacts, the Ambition team has been hard at work to prevent these types of errors from occurring again.
Downtime events are very frustrating for us and for our customers, which is why we take them very seriously. As a result, we have identified short and long term actions to improve our platform. We take pride in our low downtime rates, so these events will only make us stronger. Thank you for your patience and partnership through this time.

Update: Our servers have come back up to normal operation. We are continuing to monitor the issue.

Ambition is currently experiencing a service degradation.
Customer may experience:
- Delayed data processing.
- Delays with Competitions and/or Goals processing.
- Errors when attempting to log in.*
The Ambition team is working to resolve issue as quickly as possible and apologize for the disruption.
