Challenge Prizes

When running an Ambition challenge, prizes can be listed as a means of incentive!

What types of prizes can be awarded?

Prize Types

While always optional, prizes can be awarded based on rank (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc) and/or based on threshold (everyone over "x" score gets "y" prize).

Note: Threshold applies to the overall score. If multiple metrics or average scoring is being used, we would advise careful projections before stating the thresholds. 

Can I offer both Rank and Threshold Prizes in the same Challenge? 

Want to offer a mix of rank and threshold prizes? Ambition supports awarding both rank and threshold prizes in the same challenge!

Will the competitors have insight into the Prizes available?

Yes! The prizes available both rank and/or threshold will be listed alongside the prize description.

Will Ambition track who has received which Prizes?

Yes! While Ambition will not give out the prizes (you are still in charge of passing out promised gift cards and high fives), Ambition will help you track exactly who should receive which prizes.

Especially when thresholds are being used, we don't want you to spend time calculating all the competitors who reached X score.

For threshold prizes, you will be able to view exactly how many competitors have reached each respective threshold as indicated by the value on the far left. In the example below, 19 competitors have a score of 500+

Clicking on a threshold prize will reveal the names of competitors who reached the threshold as well as the respective date they cross the threshold. Competitors can be searched for by name as well.

Export Prizes

For both rank and threshold prizes, a CSV can be exported detailing exactly who has achieved each prize "level" for a specific challenge.

Ideal for ensuring each competitor receives the appropriate prize and/or prizes!

To export, access the challenge you wish to export prize information for, and click the Export Challenge button.

The creator or any user with "Competitions: All Access" permission can export competition data. Data from competitions in "hidden mode" will only be exportable by those with "Competitions: All Access" permission.
