If you receive the error message when attempting to log in to Ambition or while resetting your password, reach out to email@example.com.
Since Salesforce relies on Username as their uniqueness constraint, the same email address can be associated with multiple Salesforce accounts.
Rather than two active Ambition accounts using your email address, our system is recognizing that multiple Salesforce accounts utilize your email.
Reaching out to firstname.lastname@example.org will resolve this error and you will be able to reset passwords and log in as needed!
