Manage Coaching For Managers
Most managers want to coach, but they don't always know where to start.
Give managers some time back in their day by setting up coaching programs on their behalf.
Option 1: Managed Programs
The creator of managed program has full control over recurrence schedule and agenda items.
Creating a managed program will automatically start a program for each of the selected managers, creating check-ins for each of their direct reports. If and when a manager acquires new direct reports, either through group memberships or user settings, the new direct reports will be added to the next occurrence of the program.
Managed Programs are great for:
- Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, Human Resources
- Promoting top-down accountability, alignment, consistency
- Ensuring compliance and oversight

Option 2: Program Template + Program
Program template allow for control over the the structure of the coaching program (questions, key metrics, etc.).
A coaching program is then created on behalf of the manager.
↳ Elements like recurrence and agenda items can be customized per manager if needed.
Program templates do NOT automatically start a program for the managers selected, but rather access to the template is given.
↳ When a manager is ready to initiate a coaching program, they can select the pre-built template as a basis for their program.
However if you wish to jump start a coaching program for a specific manager(s), you can take the program template and create coaching programs on behalf of your managers.
