Coaching FAQs
What tools do I have to coach reps?
Ambition Coaching is made up of 3 key components:
- Check-ins - Check-ins can be hosted through recurring programs or can occur on a one-off basis.
- Action Plans - Action Plans track outcomes of coaching sessions, monitoring qualitative and quantitative measures of contributor improvement.
- Notes - Notes allow Managers to create shared notes with their employees or private notes for their own record keeping
