Google Analytics Metrics
While powered by Google's data, Ambition can display 4 Google Analytics Metrics.
Google Analytics data will attempt to update every 30 minutes.
Metric | Definition |
Page Views |
A pageview (or pageview hit, page tracking hit) is an instance of a page being loaded (or reloaded) in a browser. Pageviews is a metric defined as the total number of pages viewed. -Definition taken from Google's Glossary |
Sessions |
The period of time a user is active on your site or app. By default, if a user is inactive for 30 minutes or more, any future activity is attributed to a new session. Users that leave your site and return within 30 minutes are counted as part of the original session. -Definition taken from Google's Glossary |
Time in Ambition |
Seconds that a user is in Ambition. Time in Ambition can be viewed as minutes, hours, days in Ambition's Analytics by selecting the "Display Smart Values" option. |
Last Login Date |
Date that Google was last able to detect a user logging in to Ambition. The Last Login Date is displayed in the User Directory, left navigation > Administration > People > Users. |
For the best experience, ensure that any ad-blockers have been disabled.
Due to Google Analytics using first-party cookies to collect data, page views, sessions, last active date, and time in Ambition, Google Analytics data points will not be collected when viewing Ambition within Salesforce.
Enable Google Analytics Visibility in Ambition
While Google Analytics data is being collected, it is not visible by default in Ambition aside from the "Last Login Date" which can be seen in the User Directory, Left Navigation > Administration > People > Users.
