How to Get Started with Ambition's Coach Package
1. Design a 1:1 Coaching Program that will power data-driven coaching conversations.
2. Set team and individual Goals.
3. Build a Workflow to help celebrate your rep's wins!
If your Organization has Ambition's Coach Package, once logged in you will see an interface similar to the image below.
If you see a Coaching tab and do not see a Competition tab, you have the Coach Package of Ambition!
To verify your package, open the left navigation > Administration > Features.
Ambition Coaching is made up of 3 key components that work together: Check-Ins, Action Plans, & Notes. Managers and Contributors and brought together for more data-driven, prepared and effective 1:1 coaching sessions. These can either be hosted through one-off check-ins or through recurring programs, which are essentially recurring check-ins.
Goal-setting is critical to enhancing reps’ performance — which has a direct impact on your bottom line. With goals in Ambition, leaders have an active lever to focus their teams’ energy and provide visibility into goals and progress. That means you can keep teams on track, and reps can see how each activity gets them closer to success.
An Ambition Workflow is a data-driven notification, commonly used to recognize milestones and thresholds like meetings booked and deals won.
Workflows can also be used as a means of proactive notification when metric thresholds are not being met such as an issue detection alert for when reps are behind on calls for the day or low on pipeline creation for the week.
