New Agenda Item: Metric Snapshots
With Ambition Coaching, you can automatically embed and review employee performance metrics directly in your check-ins! This new agenda item allows Managers to pre-select a Metric, Time Frame, and supporting question to review during each coaching session.
Ahead of the meeting, Ambition will pull in the metric snapshot, so that you don’t have to dig into spreadsheets. Additionally, you can go back and review historical performance snapshots & records. This is especially helpful for recurring coaching programs! Each check-in will automatically snapshot the preselected metric.
How Metric Snapshots Work
Metric Snapshots deliver real intelligence and rich context to sales leaders to maximize the outcome of their sales coaching. Sales check-ins or performance reviews start fully prepared with CRM records (with custom field and time filters) automatically populated into the Q&A portion of their Check-In.
That data is embedded (as a table of the customized records) and “snapshotted in time” to the specific date, with all of the additional notes or details submitted by the rep for the session.
The result is transparent, data driven sales coaching and simple 1-click links to Salesforce records from the table.

If you want to know how a rep feels about their pipeline created this quarter that's now in stage “Procurement”, you can create that question.
When you show up for the Pipeline Review (which Ambition will remind both you and the sales rep is scheduled), you’ll see all the answers to your pre-set review questions and customized Salesforce data.
How to Use Metric Snapshots
From the Agenda builder, select Metric Snapshot to configure a metric-driven question.
