The Gong integration centralizes the insights you need to foster good conversation habits by removing the time spent toggling between platforms to get the visibility you need, allows you to see the conversation data alongside other coaching metrics to get the full picture, and you can listen to call recordings within Ambition at the click of a button.

Enable and Authorize Gong Integration
Permission Prerequisites:
Gong - Gong requires a Gong Tech Admin to authorize.
Ambition - Users with the "Integrations: Edit" permission will be able to access the Integrations tab.
1. From the left navigation, select Administration > Data > Integrations.
2. Click the + Enable Integration button.
If this is the first integration enabled in your instance, you will skip this step and begin at step 3.
3. Locate the Gong integration and click "Enable Integration" in line with the Gong integration name and icon.
You will be redirected into the newly enabled Gong Integration.
Upon enabling you will be redirected into the integration. To enter the Gong integration anytime after original enabling:
Once enabled, the Gong integration will appear on the integration management page.
4. Click Edit in line with the Gong integration.
5. From the Authentication Setup tab, click Authorize to begin the authorization process.
6. Review the Integration's Requested Access before clicking Allow.
7. From the Authentication tab, ensure that the Gong integration's status shows "Connected".
