Scorecard Contributions on Role Dashboards
Role dashboards, or the respective score group type, will feature contributions for all members of that role.
Because scorecards are configured on a role basis, all members of the role will have the same metrics on their scorecards, although they may have custom, individualized targets.
1. Access the role dashboard.
If you are a member or manager of a role, open the left navigation and click the Dashboards tab. Click on the Role Dashboard you wish to view.
If you are not a member or manager of a role or want to view a role's dashboard that you aren't associated with, use the top search bar to search for and find the specific role you wish to view.
List View
2. List view is the default scorecard view.
3. Click on a scorecard metric to view individual contributions.
You can click the metric name or click anywhere on the progress bar to expand or collapse the contribution information.
4. View Contributions.
What will you see?
Members of the role will be listed in alphabetical order by first name.
The percent-to-target, current value, target, and points achieved will be listed for each member of the role.
Any users who have a custom target will feature an exclamation point icon, , next to their progress bar and display the respective individualized custom target.
If any metrics have a start and/or stop value and the user is yet to reach the start value or has passed the stop value, the exclamation point icon, , will also be featured next to their progress bar.
If the user has yet to reach the start value, a message of "Scorecard start value has not been reached. The current metric value is 'x' and the start value is 'x'."
The start value is put in place at the scorecard level, and means a user must reach a specific metric value threshold before receiving any points towards their Activity or Objective Score for the respective metric.
Francisco has contributed 45 Activities, but must contribute 50 before earning any points for the Activity metric.
If the user has reached the stop value, a message of "Maximum points have been earned. The current metric value is 'x' and the stop value is 'x'."
The stop value is put in place at the scorecard level, and means a user has received the maximum amount of points towards their Activity or Objective Score for the respective metric. Stop values are helpful to prevent a score from being inflated solely by focusing on one metric on a scorecard.
Emily has contributed 99 Activities, but won't earn any additional points for the Activity metric after completing 90 Activities.
If proration is enabled, any users who are marked out of office will feature a calendar icon, , next to their progress bard and display the date or date range that the user is marked out of office. Targets will be automatically adjusted for metrics where proration is enabled to account for days out of office.
Grid View
2. Click on Grid View.
3. View contributions.
What will you see?
Members of the role will be listed in alphabetical order by first name.
The percent-to-target, current value, and target will be listed for each member of the role.
Differing from the list view, icons indicating that users have custom targets or that users are out of office will not be featured on the grid view. Displayed targets will correctly reflect any custom targets or proration, but no indicator icon will be present.
Scorecard Contributions on Group Dashboards
Dashboards that are not a scorecard role (ex. location, team, managerial dashboard) will feature contributions for any members of the group that have a scorecard.
Since scorecards aren't configured on these group levels, members of the group may have different scorecard metrics as well as custom, individualized targets
1. Access the group dashboard.
If you are a member or manager of a group, open the left navigation and click the Dashboards tab. Click on the Dashboard you wish to view.
If you are not a member or manager of a group or want to view a group's dashboard that you aren't associated with, use the top search bar to search for and find the specific group you wish to view.

Since groups can be made of members from varying roles, you will first see the names of any scorecard roles, listed in alphabetical order, that have the respective metric as part of their scorecard configuration.
The percent-to-target, current value, target, and points achieved will be listed for each role.
To view contributions for members of a role, click the role name or click anywhere on the progress bar in line with the role to expand or collapse the contribution information.
Members of each role will be listed in alphabetical order by first name.
The percent-to-target, current value, target, and points achieved will be listed for each member of each role that has the respective metric on their scorecard.
Any users who have a custom target will feature an exclamation point icon, , next to their progress bar and display the respective individualized custom target.

Members of the group will be listed in alphabetical order by first name.
The percent-to-target, current value, and target will be listed for each member of the group.
Since members of a group can have different scorecard metrics, if a user is displayed with a "--/--" within a metric column, that metric is not on their role's scorecard.
Example in the image below, Frank and George do not have the "Appointments Set" metric on their scorecard. Gloria is in a role that has the "Appointments Set" metric on their scorecard, but Gloria hasn't contributed to that metric today.
Differing from the list view, icons indicating that users have custom targets or that users are out of office will not be featured on the grid view. Displayed targets will correctly reflect any custom targets or proration, but no indicator icon will be present.
