Create Group Check-In Template
1. Open the left navigation and click Coaching > Manage.
2. Select the Group Check-Ins tab and then Templates.
3. Click the + Group Check-In Template button.
4. Complete the create group check-in template form.
Details
Name
The name of the template, which will be selected from a dropdown menu when a manager creates a new group check-ins.
Example: "Team Meeting Template"
Is Editable
Toggle determines if the managers are allowed to edit the template's agenda items within the group check-in.
Selecting Yes will allow the manager to add or remove agenda items.
Selecting No will lock the agenda items.
Managers
Select which managers have access to this template.
Allow all managers to have access to using the template, or choose custom and search for and select the specific managers who should have access to using the template.
Agenda
At least one agenda item must be added in order to save the group check-in template.

5. Click the Create Template button.
Edit Group Check-In Template
Users with the "Coaching: Create Group Check-In Template" or "Coaching: All Access" permission will be able to create Group Check-In Templates.
Creators of templates will be able to edit and delete the templates they create. Managers who have access to a template (selected as a manager in step 2 of the form) who also have "Coaching: Create Group Check-In Template" permission will be able to edit and delete templates they have access to. Users with "Coaching: All Access" permission can edit and delete all templates.
1. Open the left navigation and click Coaching > Manage.
2. Select the Group Check-Ins tab and then Templates.
3. Click the icon and Edit in line with the template you wish to edit.
4. Make the appropriate edits.
You may edit all of the same fields that were available during template creation.
If editing agenda items, at least one agenda item is required to save the group check-in template.
5. Click the Save Template button to save your changes.
