Use a Group Type Other Than Role for Scorecards
By default, Ambition uses the Role Group Type to build Scorecards, so everyone in a Role shares the same Scorecard. Another Group Type can be used instead, but the change applies to every Scorecard in your instance -- one Scorecard cannot be built from the Role Group Type and another built from the Manager Team Group Type, for example.
If your organization wants Scorecards to be built from a different Group Type, Ambition Support must make that change for you. Reach out to GetHelp@Ambition.com to request that change.
To see your current setting, go to Admin --> Organization and click on the Score Configuration tab. The Scorecard Group Type menu will show the Group Type in use.
Note:
Changing the Scorecard Group Type can affect historical data. Ambition warns that "Updating Scores can IRREVERSIBLY affect/delete Scorecards, Competitions, and Triggers."
