What Is the Smart Target Tool?

The Ambition Scores: Edit permission is required to use the Smart Target Tool.
The Smart Target Tool suggests a target for a given Scorecard metric based on the past 12 weeks of employee attainment for that metric. By default, targets are calculated based on the 80th percentile, but this selection can be changed. Click here to learn how to use the Smart Target Tool.
