How do I customize my company's default AI prompt?

Organizations can add custom instructions to the Ambition system prompt that tell the Ambition AI Agent which perspective to take and how to "think" when responding to questions from your company's users.

Admin access is required to complete this action.

Add or Modify Your Organization's Custom Prompt Instructions

Only one "set" of custom instructions can be added to the default or "System Prompt" at a time.

  1. Go to Admin and click on the Agent card

  2. Click the Settings tab in the upper left corner

  3. You'll see a blank text box where you can enter your custom instructions.

  1. Set the Default Agent Mode at the bottom of the page.

    1. Analytical mode is best for processing more complex analysis and gathering insights.

    2. Quick mode is optimal for receiving answers speedily.

  1. Click on Save at the bottom of the page to save your prompt.
