How Do I Customize My Company's Ambition Agent Settings?

Organizations can add custom instructions to the Ambition AI agent settings that tell the agent which perspective to take and how to "think" when responding to questions from your company's users.

This article outlines how administrators can set the organization-wide AI agent settings in just a few minutes.

Required permissions:

  • The AI: Mange permission is required to create the company-wide AI agent settings.

Add or Modify Your Organization's Custom Prompt Instructions

  1. Go to Admin --> Ambition Agent --> Settings.

  1. Enter your custom instructions in the blank text box.

  1. Use the + icon to add the name of a specific Employee, Group, Goal, Competition, or Metric to the prompt settings

  1. Click on Save to save your prompt.
