How do I open a group check-in early for participants?

Open Group Check-in Early

By default, group check-ins open for participants 24 hours before the scheduled meeting time.

If participants need to be given access earlier, the group check-in can manually be opened for participants.

Group check-ins meetings in the "Scheduled" status can be opened early for participants.

The group check-in's manager, co-coaches, and users with "Coaching: All Access" permission can open a group check-in early for participants.

1. Access the group check-in you wish to open for participants.

Group check-ins can be accessed through the left navigation > Coaching > Group Check-Ins or left navigation > Coaching > Manage > Group Check-Ins.

2. Click the ellipses icon and Open for Participants.

3. The group check-in will be moved to "Open" status. Participants can now access the group check-ins and add comments.
