Group Check-In Interactions

Managers

Within a group check-in, managers can:

  • create, finish, or delete a group check-in.

  • mark an individual group check-in event as "complete".

  • make edits to a single group check-in event or all future occurrences of that group check-in, including: recurrence, co-coaches, participants, and agenda items.

  • assign action items to any participant.

  • create notes for the participants to view.

  • comment on each agenda item.

Co-Coaches

A co-coach can be any Ambition user, regardless of their permission level.

Being assigned as a co-coach gives the user managerial access to the group check-in.

Co-coaches are a great fit for assistant managers or HR professionals who play a role in the coaching process.

Within a group check-in, co-coaches can:

  • finish group check-ins where they are assigned as a co-coach.

  • mark an individual group check-in event as "complete".

  • make edits to a single group check-in event or all future occurrences of that group check-in, including: recurrence, co-coaches, participants, agenda items.

  • assign action items to any participant.

  • create notes for the participants to view.

  • comment on each agenda item.

Participants (Employees)

Within a group check-in, participants can:

  • view any individual open or historical group check-ins where they are assigned as a participant.

  • assign action items to any participant.

  • create notes for the participants to view.

  • comment on each agenda item.

Executives

If executive level visibility is enabled for your organization, these individuals can act as co-coaches.
