Who can interact with a group check-in?

Group Check-In Interactions
Managers
Within a group check-in, managers can:
create, finish, or delete a group check-in.
mark an individual group check-in event as "complete".
make edits to a single group check-in event or all future occurrences of that group check-in, including: recurrence, co-coaches, participants, and agenda items.
assign action items to any participant.
create notes for the participants to view.
comment on each agenda item.
Co-Coaches
A co-coach can be any Ambition user, regardless of their permission level.
Being assigned as a co-coach gives the user managerial access to the group check-in.
Co-coaches are a great fit for assistant managers or HR professionals who play a role in the coaching process.
Within a group check-in, co-coaches can:
finish group check-ins where they are assigned as a co-coach.
mark an individual group check-in event as "complete".

Participants (Employees)
Within a group check-in, participants can:
view any individual open or historical group check-ins where they are assigned as a participant.
assign action items to any participant.
create notes for the participants to view.
comment on each agenda item.
Executives
If executive level visibility is enabled for your organization, these individuals can act as co-coaches.
