How Can I Add Custom Scorecard Targets for Employees?

Required permissions:

The Ambition Scores: Edit permission is required to add custom Scorecard Targets.

Required features:

The Scorecards: CSV Upload and Scorecards: Custom Targets features must be enabled to upload Custom Targets.

Custom Targets help you tailor Scorecard expectations when a standard target does not fit an employee’s current role, ramp stage, territory, or business context. They are best used for specific cases, such as onboarding new hires, accounting for seasonality, or setting stretch goals for high performers.

Ambition offers four options for creating Custom Scorecard Targets, which you can learn more about below:

Custom Targets: Manually add Scorecard targets.

Custom Targets: Upload a Single Target, Per Metric, Per Row.
Custom Targets: Upload Multiple Targets, Per Metric, Per Row.
