Which Agenda Items Types Can I Use in a Group Session?

Group Sessions support two Agenda Item types: Content Block and Embed Media. The chart below outlines how to best use each Agenda Item in your Group Sessions.

Content Block | Rich text editor that can provide information or context to the coaching agenda. It can be used to give more information about the meeting's focus, to provide company updates, or link 3rd party URLs. No action for the employee to take. |  |
Embed Media | Iframe a YouTube or Vimeo video or 3rd party website directly into the coaching agenda. No action for the user to take. Be aware that not all platforms allow 3rd party embedding. For embedding a video from YouTube or Vimeo, you can input the share URL or iframe embed code. If you are embedding a Google Sheets URL, we recommend embedding a URL generated through the "Publish to web" share option rather than "Share with others". Learn more here. |  |
