• What triggers it:

  • A Coaching Program has been created.

• Who gets it:

  • Employee

• Good to know:

  • New Session emails are sent according to the Coaching Program recurrence.

  • If an individual is involved in multiple Coaching Programs, they receive a new Session due notification for each Program.

• Email contents:

  • The name of the manager conducting the Program.

  • The Coaching Program name.

  • The Program description, if applicable.

  • The Program start date.
