Session Activity - Session Completed By Participant
What triggers it:
A Session has been completed and is ready for review or approval.
Who gets it:
Manager
Co-Coach
Email contents:
The Session title or associated Program name.
A message that the Session has been completed by the employee.
Session Activity - Session Approved
What triggers it:
A Session has been reviewed and approved by the manager or Co-Coach.
Who gets it:
Employee
Co-Coach
Email contents:
The Session title or Coaching Program name.
A message that the Session was approved.
Session Co-Coach Added
What triggers it:
A Co-Coach has been added to your Session through the Manage Co-Coaches option.
Who gets it:
Employee
Email contents:
A notification that a Co-Coach was added to the Session.
The Session due date.
Session Excused
What triggers it:
A Session has been excused.
Who gets it:
Employee
Email contents:
A message that the Session has been excused.
The date the Session was excused.
The reason the manager provided for excusing the Session.
Session Extended
What triggers it:
A Session due date is extended through Extend and Notify or Reopen.
Who gets it:
Employee
Email contents:
A message that the Session has been extended.
The new Session due date.
Session Reminder
What triggers it:
A manager or employee uses the manual Remind option.
A Session has not been submitted for manager review and is due in about 60 minutes.
Who gets it:
Employee
Manager, when the employee reminds the manager to approve a Session in Pending Approval status.
Good to know:
The automatic reminder is sent once the Session due time is within 60–70 minutes.
A Session reminder is not sent if the Session was created within 2 hours of its due time.
Email contents:
A reminder message that includes the name of the manager conducting the Session.
If the employee reminds the manager, a reminder message that includes the name of the employee awaiting manager approval.
Session Re-open Request
What triggers it:
An employee requests that an expired Session be re-opened.
Who gets it:
Manager
Email contents:
A message that an employee is requesting an expired Session be re-opened.
The employee's name and Session title.
Session Re-opened - More Information Has Been Requested
What triggers it:
A manager uses Notify Employee Additional Content Needed to let the employee know the Session was reviewed but not approved.
A Session in Pending Approval status is edited and automatically moves back to Answers Due status.
Who gets it:
Employee
Email contents:
A message that more information has been requested.
The Session title or Coaching Program name.
Session Started
What triggers it:
A Session is available and ready to be completed.
Who gets it:
Employee
Manager, if Schedule 1:1 for Later was selected.
Co-Coaches, if Schedule 1:1 for Later was selected.
Good to know:
If the manager selected Schedule 1:1 for Later, the new Session email includes a calendar invite.
If a manager has connected their Outlook or Google calendar with Ambition, the email sent to the manager will not include a calendar invite.
Email contents:
The Session due date.
A calendar invite, if the Session was scheduled for later.
Session Comment Created
What triggers it:
A comment has been left in a Session.
Who gets it:
Manager, if the employee leaves the comment.
Employee, if the manager leaves the comment.
Email contents:
The name of the user who left the comment.
The comment content.
